What I want in a career ? |
| As a traditional and digital illustrator I am able to mix both the organic techniques of traditonal art and the digital age of technology. My way of thinking is design based and story driven. I enjoy complex subjects and paying attention to detail.
Although I have personal styles, I am able to manipulate and create different styles to fit any theme or mood. I am well deverse with different styles, I admire other artists and learn from what I see. |
Inspiration, creativity, dedication, and energy these are qualities that I want in a career. Also I want to work with an employer and staff who want this as well. I want to be around positive people who strive to improve their lives and talents.
I look for opportunities that understand that creativity is something that needs to be nurtured rather than forced. Thinking outside the box sometimes requires taking a walk outside and listing to music. The mind is capable of so many amazing things and letting it breath is the first step to success.

How I work ? |
As an Illustrator, Aaron believes the pencil is mightier than the sword though the digital pen is more precise! His ability to balance traditional and digital methods allow him to tackle multiple types of work. He first studied Traditional Illustration then Digital Media where he discovered the way to combine the strengths of both mediums. He keeps his personal style, which is detail oriented while he lets his work breath with vivid colors. He chooses to constantly reach out to new ideas and styles as if it were another color added to his pallet.

Tools: Wacom Cintiq21UX
I was originally trained as a traditional artist although once my digital illustration was introduced to a Cintiq I found an open window to unlimited possibilities.
When designing or illustrating I research before a project is started. I like to look at history and I enjoy bringing back old ideas and turning them into somehting different. I normally do work in one or a few sittings because I have a difficult time letting go of a illustration till it is finished. |
